Shoe Recommendation: Generic Surplus

I’m always in search of shoes that are somewhere between sneakers and what I like to call “shoes you’d wear to work.”  Encompassing everything I’d want in that type of shoe, I present Generic Surplus.  Recently I had the opportunity to try on a few of there selections, and I was very into the comfort and the styling.  My wife wrote an article on here about the resurgence of boat shoes, and Generic Surplus came with a few models that were right on time.  Offering up a slew of models such as the boat shoe, the mid-deck (which is a midtop boat shoe, and my personal fav), the oxford, the chukka, and the wharf, you’ll be very pleased to find out that all of their models range in price from about $60-$79!  Not bad at all for a thrifty yet stylish CMG.
