Sneakers I Dig: 3/12/10

I’ve decided to co-sign these kicks, as they are simple, plain, classic, yet something new and different.  You probably think you’re looking at a pair of Chuck Taylor All Stars, but oh contraire mon frere, these are Cons CTS mids.  What makes them different is basically just the fact that they’re mid-tops, made of different materials, and are sans logo.  There are also a few fun surprises, like the little graphic on the back of the tag.  These are considered to be “Skate shoes,” and are perfect for those of you that like something a bit more understated.  Consider them “Chucks that aren’t really chucks.”  You can pick ‘em up here for just under $60, which is another plus!
