Week after week, I feature all of this beautiful footwear to spice up your closet, but don’t think for a minute that I mean for you to buy them and then run them into the ground. As a teenager, I would baby my sneakers (and Timberland boots) like they had a pulse, caring for them, wiping their nose when it ran, and nursing them back to health when they got sick (aka dirty).
